I honestly wish I could rate this company a -10 for their lack of professionalism and ethics. That's how disgustingly untrustworthy they are when it comes to keeping their word.

In March 2022, I upgraded my free account to a paid one for $59 after receiving a promotional email that promised some bonuses, plus their data intelligence seemed pretty solid.

However, after upgrading, I never got those bonuses, no matter how many emails I sent to their support or how many times I tried their live chat. Honestly, their live chat is a joke and doesn’t exist.

After 28 days, I finally decided to cancel my paid account and requested a refund, as they promised a 30-day money-back guarantee. While my subscription was indeed cancelled, I still haven’t seen my $59 refunded, despite sending numerous emails to their billing department.
This company gives off a really shady vibe.

Do yourself a favor and NEVER sign up for a long-term plan, like a year-long subscription, with Ispionage. They don’t provide any support. If you decide to cancel midway, you can kiss your money goodbye. The only way to get your cash back is to initiate a chargeback and block your card to stop any future charges.
